Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Foxboro, MA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site.  If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call us 48 hours in advance so that a patient waiting to get an appointment can be accommodated. If you will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional PPO insurance plans. Please verify that your individual plan lists Dr. Nichols in their Network. We will try to help identify eligibility where possible before your first visit, but the ultimate responsibility is the patient’s since each insurance carrier has many different plans, all company specific.   Eugene B. Nichols, DMD does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, for anyone not covered under a plan we participate in, we will be happy to assist you in getting reimbursement by sending insurance claims for you. 

Insurance Carriers:
We participate in PPO/PDP programs with Metlife, Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, Altus, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, United Healthcare, United Concordia, Dentamax Network, Connection Dental Network.

We cannot guarantee participation in any individual’s insurance plan.  Patients are urged to contact their carrier for their plan’s in-network list of providers.

Payment Plans
We accept checks, cash or credit cards (except American Express). We also offer a flexible payment plans through Care Credit.  Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
